Buckwheat spoon doughnuts
Buckwheat flour is very healthy, gluten-free and delicious too.
- 180 ml yogurt
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp rum
- zest of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp salt
- 60 g sugar
- 200 g wheat or buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- sugar powder or honey
- vegetable oil
- First mix all the wet ingredients then add flour with baking powder. Make thick liquid dough.
- You can start frying instantly. Preheat the oil and make small dumplings with a spoon directly into hot oil.
