Bean and Potato Salad
We all know how important is to live healthy. The salads are main part of our healthy diet and our grannies knew that.
- ¼ lb beans
- ½ lb potatoes
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ cup vegetable oil or olive oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Boil the beans.
- Separately boil the diced potatoes.
- Mix the onions, beans, and potatoes together.
- Prepare a dressing from the oil, vinegar, and salt and pour it over the salad. Sprinkle generously with parsley.
- Serve cold.
