Sweet mouses - Spoon doughnuts
Ingredients
- 3 g yeast - fresh or dry
- 6 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp flour
- 500 g wheat flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 5 g sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- Lemon zest
- 2 tbsp rum
- 250 ml lukewarm milk
- sugar powder
- vegetable oil
Instructions
- Sift the flour into a higher bawl. Add all other ingredients except milk.
- Than add activated yeast and make dough by adding lukewarm milk.
- Mix the dough with big wooden spoon to become soft with bubbles. You can add more milk if needed. The dough should be densely liquid.
- Keep aside to rest and rise. After 40 minuets mix again and wait another 20 minuets to rise.
- Put the oil on the stove and preheat it. With a spoon make small dumplings directly into hot oil.
