A super refreshing healthy yogurt drink that is not sweet but savory.
- 2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cup cold water
- 1 tsp finely grated sea salt
- chopped dill / parsley / cilantro / mint / grated cucumber / minced garlic / ground cumin / black pepper optional
- Place yogurt, water, sea salt and optional ingredients (if using) in a blender and blend until smooth.
