Kurabiiki are Bulgarian cookies having many variations of the recipe and traditionally would be made with lard.

  • 3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup butter
  • ¼ cup milk or yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • In separated bowl dissolve baking powder with egg yolk and vanilla beating slightly.
