Kurabiiki are Bulgarian cookies having many variations of the recipe and traditionally would be made with lard.
- 3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup butter
- ¼ cup milk or yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- a In large mixing bowl cream together butter with powdered sugar.
- In separated bowl dissolve baking powder with egg yolk and vanilla beating slightly.
- Add to the creamy mixture the all-purpose flour
