Mashed Potatoes with Onions
An easy to make and delicious mashed potatoes with onions recipe. It can be served as a side dish to almost everything.
- 900 g potatoes
- 150 ml milk
- 8 fresh bunches onions
- 3⅓ tbsp butter
- black pepper
- Choose potatoes of equal size. Cover them with salted water and boil for at least 20 minutes. Peel them while still warm and mash them with a fork.
- In a separate container, boil the milk, add the finely chopped and crushed fresh onions and steam for 5-6 minutes.
- Put together the onions with milk, potatoes and butter, season with salt and black pepper and stir.
