Eaten by the Bulgarians at home all summer, you too can make this simple recipe to charm your family and friends.
- 2 cup zucchini
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp fresh chopped dill
- 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- In a large mixing bowl slightly beat egg.
- Then add in zucchini and yogurt, then spices, salt and herbs and finally flour.
- Take a spoonful of batter and form into a patty. Then fry both sides until golden brown.
