It is really fresh salad with a lot of vitamins.
- 1 lb Fresh Cabbage
- ½ lb Carrots
- Fresh Parsley
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp Apple Vinegar
- Cut the cabbage in thin layers.
- Shred the carrots.
- Cut the parsley.
- Mix them all and add salt based on your own taste.
- Smash the cabbage, carrots and parsley with hands to absorb the salt.
- Add the vinegar, mix and then add the oil and mix again.
