Ordinary Bulgarian products in one extraordinary combination.
Ingredients
- 2 red Peppers
- 400 g Yogurt
- 200 g Bulgarian Feta cheese,
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Sunflower oil
- salt
Instructions
- Grill the red peppers. Peel them. Strain them together with the garlic.
- Press the sirene. Add the yogurt. Stir them very well. Add the red pepper and the mixture of the garlic and the grilled peppers. Flavor a bit with sunflower oil. Mix all together and have a nice pinkish color.
- Serve with bread.
