Good old and delicious Cicvara. The traditional dish, ancient cicvara, is a tasty and high-calorie dish.
- 1.2 l milk
- 150 g corn flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 600 ml sour cream
- 100 g butter
- Add butter, salt and boiling cornmeal to the boiling milk.
- Cook, stirring constantly, for about 15 minutes.
- Pour sour cream over the cooked cicvara and serve.
You can also serve cicvara with white coffee or sour milk.
