Pršut (Dry cured ham) & Škripavac (Farmers cheese)
This Croatian appetizer is a perfect way to begin your meal. They are famous for their dried meats like Prsut, a dry cured ham similar to prosciutto that gets dried perfectly in the cold Adriatic salty wind.
- ½ lb good Psrut or prosciutto
- ½ lb Dry-cured salami
- ½ lb Pag Cheese or Skripavac (Farmers Cheese)
- ½ cup olives
- Serve on platter together with some crusty bread and good crisp white wine
