Made from cottage cheese with spices, it was shaped into cones and dried on the stone plate in a dry and warm place in the kitchen.

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red pepper powder
  • 1 pinch of chilli powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder or caraway seed powder


  • Put cottage cheese in a bowl and smash well with a fork. Add all the spices and mix
    well. Make small balls and shape them like cones.
  • Put them on a plate and dry them in a warm place or in the sun.
  • Serve with white wine.
