Meshana skara (Mixed grill)
Meshana skara is a traditional meal consisting of a platter full of meat and with french fries, bean salad with chopped onions and lyutenitsa.

- 1 kyufte
- 1 kebapche
- 1 pork chop
- 1 pork shish (skewer) or karnache (Italian sausage)
Instructions
- Arrange on a big plate.
- Serve with well cooked white beans, lyutenitza and fries on the side.
- Go well with a beer or a rakia.
