Shepherds Salad
Shepherds salad is an easy summer salad, made traditionally from a mix of cucumber, tomato, olives, and feta cheese with olive oil.

- 300 g tomatoes
- 150 g cucumber
- 300 g peppers
- 1 bunch fresh onions
- 150 g mushrooms
- 150 g feta cheese
- 150 g ham
- 150 g yellow cheese
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ bunch parsley
In a large bowl stir the mixture together and season with salt, vinegar and oil to taste.
Remove the shell from the boiled eggs, chopp them and add them to the salad. Garnish with parsley and olives and spread some shredded white cheese or feta.
