Shepherds Salad

Shepherds salad is an easy summer salad, made traditionally from a mix of cucumber, tomato, olives, and feta cheese with olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 150 g cucumber
  • 300 g peppers
  • 1 bunch fresh onions
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 150 g ham
  • 150 g yellow cheese
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

  • In a large bowl stir the mixture together and season with salt, vinegar and oil to taste.
  • Remove the shell from the boiled eggs, chopp them and add them to the salad. Garnish with parsley and olives and spread some shredded white cheese or feta.
