- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 5 oz feta cheese
- 10 Kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Kosher salt
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a bowl mix together mince 1 clove garlic and 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley with sliced in half cherry tomatoes. Season with kosher salt.
In a baking dish add the feta and transfer the bowl mixture on top with Kalamata olives. Then sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with 1 olive oil.
Place in the oven and bake for 18 minutes.
Serve with pita, or bread.
