Baked feta with tomatoes is a simple Greek appetizer delicious meatless vegetarian dish that’s easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 5 oz feta cheese
  • 10 Kalamata olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • In a bowl mix together mince 1 clove garlic and 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley with sliced in half cherry tomatoes. Season with kosher salt.
  • In a baking dish add the feta and transfer the bowl mixture on top with Kalamata olives. Then sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with 1 olive oil.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 18 minutes.
  • Serve with pita, or bread.
