Buckwheat spoon doughnuts
Buckwheat flour is very healthy, gluten-free and delicious too.

- 180 ml yogurt
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp rum
- zest of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp salt
- 60 g sugar
- 200 g wheat or buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- sugar powder or honey
- vegetable oil
Make thick liquid dough by mixing all the wet ingredients and then add flour with baking powder.
Make small dumplings with a spoon directly into hot oil.
Preheat a frying pan with oil and fry them untill golden brown.
