Green salad with radishes
Bulgarian Green Salad with Radishes is a light vegan salad, popular in almost every Balkan country, especially in spring.

- 1 lettuce
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- ½ tsp salt
- bunch of radishes
- 3 green onions
- ½ cucumber
- 3 tbsp vinegar
Wash lettuce and cut into very thin strips, slice radishes and cucumber and chop the green onion.
Mix all ingredients into a salad bowl, add vinegar, oil and salt. Serve immediately.
