Bulgarian Green Salad with Radishes is a tasty, light vegan salad, prepared just with a few ingredients and popular in the spring. This type of salad is popular in almost every Balkan country, especially in spring when all of the vegetables are in season.
Green salad with radishes
- 1 lettuce
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- ½ tsp salt
- bunch of radishes
- 3 green onions
- ½ cucumber
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- Wash lettuce and cut into very thin strips, slice radishes and cucumber and chop the green onion.
- Mix all ingredients into a salad bowl, add vinegar, oil and salt. Serve immediately.
