Green salad with radishes

This type of salad is popular in almost every Balkan country, especially in spring when all of the vegetables are in season.

  • 1 lettuce
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • bunch of radishes
  • 3 green onions
  • ½ cucumber 
  • 3 tbsp vinegar


  • Wash lettuce and cut into very thin strips, slice radishes and cucumber and chop the green onion.
  • Mix all ingredients into a salad bowl, add vinegar, oil and salt. Serve immediately.
