Karnache
Karnache is madefrom an authentic Bulgarian recipe and is seasoned with a blend of special Bulgarian spices.

- 750 g pork or beef
- 9 oz bacon
- 1 pinch savory
- 2 g cumin
- 2 g black pepper
- 1 large onion
- 5 chili peppers
Use a large bowl and mix all ingredients. You can use also beef.
Stir the mixture well with the spices add the bacon and stuff it into sausage casings.
Tie the ends and let it dry for a few hours at room temperature.
You can grill the prepared karnache sausages with hot peppers and onions.
