Karnache

Karnache is madefrom an authentic Bulgarian recipe and is seasoned with a blend of special Bulgarian spices.

Ingredients

  • 750 g pork or beef
  • 9 oz bacon
  • 1 pinch savory
  • 2 g cumin
  • 2 g black pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 chili peppers

Instructions

  • Use a large bowl and mix all ingredients. You can use also beef.
  • Stir the mixture well with the spices add the bacon and stuff it into sausage casings.
  • Tie the ends and let it dry for a few hours at room temperature.
  • You can grill the prepared karnache sausages with hot peppers and onions.
