- 750 g pork or beef
- 9 oz bacon
- 1 pinch savory
- 2 g cumin
- 2 g black pepper
- 1 large onion
- 5 chili peppers
- Use a large bowl and mix all ingredients. You can use also beef.
- Stir the mixture well with the spices add the bacon and stuff it into sausage casings.
- Tie the ends and let it dry for a few hours at room temperature.
- You can grill the prepared karnache sausages with hot peppers and onions.
