Serbian salad

Serbian salad is a vegetable salad, popular during the summer and it is made from diced fresh tomatoes, cucumber and onions, usually seasoned with sunflower oil or olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 150 g onions
  • 200 g cucumbers
  • 1 hot pepper
  • a bunch of parsley
  • 80 g oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Clean the onion into strip or into rings.
  • Wash and peel the fresh cucumbers and cut them into rings. Wash and cut into pieces the tomatoes then prepare and cut the peppers into thin strips.
  • Combine everything in a bowl and season with salt to taste and oil. Mix carefully to not mashed the tomato pieces.
  • Sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top.
