Sireki
Sireki is shaped into cones from cottage cheese and spices, then dried on the stone plate in a warm and dry place in the kitchen.

- 200 g cottage cheese
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp red pepper powder
- ½ tsp cumin powder or caraway seed powder
- 1 pinch of chilli powder
Transfer the cottage cheese into a bowl and use a large fork to smash it well. Then mix well with all the spices.
Knead everything well with your hands and form cone-shaped small balls.
Transfer them into a plate and let them dry in a warm place.
Serve with white wine.
