Usually, they are shaped into cones and dried on the stone plate in a dry and warm place in the kitchen. The main ingredient in this recipe is cottage cheese which is a good source of protein

Ingredients

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red pepper powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder or caraway seed powder
  • 1 pinch of chilli powder

Instructions

  • Transfer the cottage cheese into a bowl and use a large fork to smash it well. Then mix well with all the spices.
  • Knead everything well with your hands and form cone-shaped small balls.
  • Transfer them into a plate and let them dry in a warm place.
  • Serve with white wine.
