Zucchini Kufteta

- 2 cup zucchini
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp fresh chopped dill
- 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
In a large bowl crack and beat an egg.
Then add in the shredded zucchini and yogurt and mix well together. Add the flour, season with salt and herbs and mix well.
Using a spoon form a patty and fry in a pan over medium heat from both sides until golden brown.
