Zucchini Kufteta

Ingredients

  • 2 cup zucchini
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped dill
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl crack and beat an egg.
  • Then add in the shredded zucchini and yogurt and mix well together. Add the flour, season with salt and herbs and mix well.
  • Using a spoon form a patty and fry in a pan over medium heat from both sides until golden brown.
