- 3 zucchini
- 5 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt

For the sauce
- 1 cup Bulgarian yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 dill
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt
- black pepper
Prepare the zucchini, by washing them cut them into rounds and salt then.
Place them into a colander and leave them aside for about ½ hour.
Heat up over a medium heat a frying pan with oil.
Add some flour to a plate and roll each zucchini piece in and fry it until golden brown.
Place the fried zucchini pieces on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
Mince the garlic and chop the dill. Mix them with the plain yogurt in a small bowl.
Add salt and a 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional).
Arrange the zucchini pieces onto a plate and add the sauce on top. Garnish with freshly chopped dill.
