- 2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cup cold water
- 1 tsp finely grated sea salt
- chopped dill / parsley / ground cumin / mint / grated cucumber / minced garlic / cilantro / black pepper optional
- You can use a blender and add water, yogurt, sea salt and all the other optional ingredients if you are using it and blend for 2-3 minutes until you get a nice smooth liquid.
