Cabbage salad

It is really fresh salad with a lot of vitamins.

  • 1 lb Fresh Cabbage
  • ½ lb Carrots
  • Fresh Parsley
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple Vinegar


  • Cut the cabbage in thin layers.
  • Shred the carrots.
  • Cut the parsley.
  • Mix them all and add salt based on your own taste.
  • Smash the cabbage, carrots and parsley with hands to absorb the salt.
  • Add the vinegar, mix and then add the oil and mix again.
