- Dandelions
- 4 Potatoes
- Vinegar
- Pumpkin seeds oil
- Garlic
- Salt
- 1 egg - optional
Instructions
- Wash the dandelions
- Mash the potatoes just a bit with some water in which you cooked them.
- Then add vinegar, oil, salt and finely chopped garlic.
- You can add boiled egg - optional
