Feta Cheese Dip (Tirokafteri)
Simple, spicy and creamy this tasty Greek feta cheese dip can be served for every ccasion with pita bread.
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 3.5 oz feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red vine vinegar
- 150 ml yogurt
- 2 red chillies or more according to preference
Instructions
- Add the feta cheese, yogurt and red chillies to a blender and begin blended it.
- Slowly add the olive oil and vinegar continue mixing.
- Transfer it into a bowl and add a few olives.
- You can keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
