Bean and Potato Salad

We all know how important is to live healthy. The salads are main part of our healthy diet and our grannies knew that.

  • ¼ lb beans
  • ½ lb potatoes
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt


  • Boil the beans.
  • Separately boil the diced potatoes.
  • Mix the onions, beans, and potatoes together.
  • Prepare a dressing from the oil, vinegar, and salt and pour it over the salad. Sprinkle generously with parsley.
  • Serve cold.
