Banski Sudzhuk is a popular dry, spicy and fermented sausage made in the Bansko’s region and it has a slightly different and original flavor. Sudjuk or also called sujuk or sucuk is also prepared in other parts of the country and it is popular accross the Balkans to the Middle East and Central Asia.
- 7 kg pork
- 3 kg veal
- 1 kg pork liver
- 2 stalks of leeks onion
- black pepper
- Chop the onion finely and fold with the meat with finely chopped onion, add the spices and mix everything well.
- They are left in an airy place for several months to dried, filled in the intestines and the suds.
