Ingredients

  • 500 g white flour
  • 100 ml lukewarm water
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Mix yeast, warm milk, lukewarm water, and honey in a small bowl. Set in a warm place and until it bubbles.
  • Use a large bowl to mix the flour with salt, then add the risen yeast into the center of the bowl and mix well. Then add beaten egg and oil and form a dough.
  • Knead the dough and transfer it into a bowl. Cover the bowl and let it rise in a warm place.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F, place the dish and bake until golden brown or for 25-30 minutes.
